Wes has extensive experience in developing and marketing both core and ancillary financial products. He also has experience in training and motivating sales and support staff. Over the course of his career, he has established key relationships with leaders in the mortgage and title industries while being recognized for his success in sales and customer service.
Prior to co-founding ATS Secured, Wes worked at First State Bank as the Director of Emerging Markets. He used his experience in servicing mortgage-backed securities and originating various types of mortgages to design the ATS Secured platform, which creates efficiencies while reducing errors and preventing fraud.
Brent J. Laliberte is a Co-Founder and Closing Attorney for Bayou Title, Inc. He is a Licensed Title Insurance Agent, Licensed Real Estate Broker in Louisiana, as well as a Certified CE Instructor – Louisiana Real Estate Commission. Laliberte also serves on the Board of Directors and as President of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Title Attorneys, In 2014, he was the recipient of the LLTA “Title Person of the Year” award, and is one of only two people in the State of Louisiana and only 51 people nationwide, to hold the prestigious ALTA National Title Person designation.
Richard Horn is the founding member of Richard Horn Legal, PLLC. Richard was formerly a Senior Counsel and Special Advisor in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Office of Regulations. There he led the final TILA-RESPA integrated disclosure rule. He also led the CFPB’s design and consumer testing of the TRID disclosures. Horn advises clients on TRID implementation and compliance, including bank and non-bank mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, title companies, and technology vendors of all sizes. Horn also advises on other residential mortgage compliance matters and enforcement actions by the CFPB and other federal and state agencies.
